How do I register for a programme?
Registration takes place online through the CERTH Lifelong Learning Centre (CERTH LLC) website. Choose the programme of interest, click Apply Now, and complete the application form. You'll receive an automatic confirmation email once your application is submitted.
How and when do I pay the tuition fee?
After your application is reviewed and accepted, the Centre will send you a payment instructions email with the bank details and reference code. Payment must be completed before the programme start date in order to activate your enrolment.
How is access to the e-learning platform activated?
Once your payment is confirmed, the Secretariat will email you your personal credentials for the e-learning platform, along with a short user guide. Access is activated within two (2) working days from confirmation of payment.
What certification will I receive on completion?
Upon successful completion of a programme, you'll receive a Certificate of Specialised Professional Training issued by CERTH LLC, a licensed Lifelong Learning Centre under the Hellenic Ministry of Education (EOPPEP). The certificate states the programme title, total training hours, and competencies acquired.
Are your programmes quality assured?
Yes. The Centre operates under a documented Quality Management System aligned with the European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET) framework, and is licensed by EOPPEP. Every programme is monitored, evaluated, and continuously improved based on participant feedback.
What is "Smart Learning"?
"Smart Learning" is the Centre's methodology that combines self-paced digital content, live online sessions, and interactive activities. It is designed for working professionals who need flexibility without compromising depth.
What is "Applied Learning"?
"Applied Learning" means every programme connects theory to practice through real-world case studies, hands-on exercises, and projects drawn from the research activity of CERTH. Participants leave with skills they can apply immediately in their workplace.
Are programmes delivered fully online?
Most programmes are delivered fully online via the Centre's e-learning platform. Some specialised programmes may include optional in-person workshops at the CERTH premises in Thessaloniki. The format is clearly stated on each programme page.
Can I participate from abroad?
Yes. The Centre's online programmes are open to participants from any country. All you need is a stable internet connection and a device with a modern web browser.
Who are the instructors?
Our instructors are CERTH researchers and external experts with proven academic and professional experience in their field. Each programme page lists the instructor team with short biographies.
Do you offer programmes for companies and organisations?
Yes. CERTH LLC designs and delivers tailored corporate training programmes for companies, public-sector organisations, and professional associations. Contact us at kdbm@certh.gr to discuss your needs.
Can I get a refund if I withdraw from a programme?
Refund terms are described in the Centre's Training Regulations. As a rule, withdrawal before the programme start date entitles the participant to a full refund minus administrative costs. After the start date, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
