How the Process Works

Assignment / Programme Participation

Inclusion in the Instructor Registry is a prerequisite for collaboration; however, participation in a specific programme is determined following evaluation and assignment.

Steps

  • Expression of interest / application for participation in a specific programme through the designated form.
  • Submission of key information (e.g. short CV, relevant experience, and availability).
  • Evaluation by the relevant Committee based on subject relevance, experience, and suitability for the specific programme.
  • Definition of the role and mode of delivery (teaching hours, synchronous/asynchronous format, materials, and assessment approach).
  • Confirmation of collaboration and assignment, including deliverables and timeline.
  • Implementation & evaluation (feedback, documentation, and improvements for future cycles).
